मौतों की पहेली : गोरखपुर त्रासदी से जुड़े 17 अनसुलझे सवाल

गोरखपुर त्रासदी का शिकार बच्चा। लखनऊ । गोरखपुर मेडिकल कॉलेज में तथाकथित तौर पर ऑक्सीजन की कमी से हुई मौतें एक राष्ट्रीय मुद्दा बन चुकी हैं। सरकार ने इसका खंडन किया कि मौतों का ऑक्सीजन की कमी से कोई सम्बंध है, लेकिन एक जाँच समिति इस मामले को देख रही है। गोरखपुर मामले में गाँव कनेक्शन ने कई ख़ुलासे किए हैं और सवाल उठाए हैं। गाँव कनेक्शन के फ़ाउंडर नीलेश मिसरा ने ट्विटर पर एक थ्रेड के ज़रिए कई महत्वपूर्ण सवाल उठाए हैं:
1. केजीएमसी और एसजीपीजीआई के मुताबिक, आइनॉक्स और लिंडे गैस उत्तर प्रदेश के अस्पतालों में लिक्विड ऑक्सीजन की सप्लाई करने वाली प्रतिष्ठित कंपनियां हैं।

लेकिन गोरखपुर के अस्पताल ने पुष्पा सेल्स से ऑक्सीजन ख़रीदी जो पुष्पा सेल्स ने आइनॉक्स से ख़रीदी थी। उसने ये ऑक्सीजन सीधे आइनॉक्स से क्यों नहीं ली?
1 (a) However, #Gorakhpur Hospital chose Pushpa Sales to sell it Oxygen THAT IT BOUGHT FROM INOX. Why not buy straight from INOX?

इसके बारे में मैंने जानकारोंं से पूछा। आइनॉक्स और लिंडे कभी अधिकारियों को रिश्वत नहीं देतीं। क्या इसीलिए एक कंपनी को वर्षों तक मध्यस्थ बनाया गया?

जब उत्तर प्रदेश के बड़े अस्पताल केजीएमसी और एसजीपीजीआई सीधा मैन्युफैक्चरर से ऑक्सीजन ख़रीदते हैं तो गोरखपुर का अस्पताल क्यों नहीं?

क्यूँकि जब सरकार ने यह कह दिया कि मौतों का ऑक्सीजन से कोई संबंध नहीं है तो भी इस जांच की ज़रूरत ही क्या थी?

5. अस्पताल के हेड मिश्रा ने कहा कि अस्पताल में पर्याप्त सिलेंडर के लिए कदम उठाए गए हैं। फिर डॉ. कफील, जिन्होंने कहा कि वे तीन सिलेंडर ख़ुद लाए, उन्हें ये करने की ज़रूरत क्यूँ पड़ी? दोनों में से कौन झूठ बोल रहा है?

जब 23 बच्चों की मौत हो चुकी थी तो डॉ. कफील ने इस संकट की स्थिति में सिलेंडर लाने के लिए खुद वार्ड क्यों छोड़ दिया? वो किसी और को भी भेज सकते थे।
