मानसून की कम बारिश ने पूरे उत्तर प्रदेश में लाखों किसानों को प्रभावित किया है। जहां वे सूखे की आधिकारिक घोषणा की मांग कर रहे हैं तो वहीं राज्य के कम से कम 18 जिले बाढ़ की भी चपेट में हैं, जिससे फसल को और नुकसान हुआ है। राज्य सरकार ने सूखा सर्वे और बाढ़ राहत की भी घोषणा की है। लेकिन किसानों का कहना है कि यह बहुत कम है बहुत देर हो चुकी है।
