सत्येंद्र वर्मा उत्तर प्रदेश के बाराबंकी जिले में स्ट्रॉबेरी की खेती करने और सफलता की कहानी लिखने वाले पहले किसान हैं। यह राज्य के लिए एक नई फसल है। इसलिए वह न सिर्फ अन्य किसानों को स्ट्रॉबेरी उगाने का प्रशिक्षण देते हैं, बल्कि उन्होंने 40 कृषि मजदूरों को रोजगार भी दिया हुआ है। उनके खेतों में काम करने वाली ज्यादातर महिलाएं हैं।
