‘बर्ड्स ऑफ उत्तराखंड’ नाम की पुस्तक में तकरीबन 500 पक्षियों की तस्वीरें हैं, उनके गुण अलग अलग तरह के होते हैं, लेकिन अधिकांश प्रजातियों की पहचान में मदद करने के लिए काफी हैं। कभी-कभी बर्ड कॉल को स्थानीय लोगों के सुनते ही शब्दों में बदल दिया जाता है।

The book, Birds of Uttarakhand, has nearly 500 bird illustrations, their qualities vary from artists to artists but most are good enough to help in identification of the species. Sometimes bird call is transcribed in word as the locals hear it.
