समस्या का समाधान निकालते हुए स्वतंत्र नियामक संस्था ‘स्टेट स्कूल स्टैंडर्ड अथॉरिटी’ के गठन की घोषणा की गई है। इस संस्था की मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारी स्कूलों पर नियंत्रण की होगी, जिससे शिक्षा की गुणवत्ता में और सुधार हो सके।
