कायाकल्प अवार्ड के तहत पुरस्कृत सीएचसी को पुरस्कार स्वरूप पैसे दिए जाते हैं जिनका 75 फीसदी हिस्सा अस्पताल में स्वास्थ्य सुविधाओं को बढ़ाने में इस्तेमाल होता है जबकि 25 फीसदी हिस्सा स्टाफ वेलफेयर पर खर्च किया जाता है
