इन इलाकों में रहने वाले लोग अक्सर अपना घर छोड़कर चले जाते हैं, या फिर नए लोग आ जाते हैं। इसलिए कर्मचारियों को लगातार नए लोगों की पहचान करके रिपोर्ट तैयार करनी पड़ती है। इन सब चुनौतियों के बावजूद जब ये कर्मचारी समुदाय में कुछ बदलाव लाते हैं, तो उन्हें उनके समुदाय में जो पहचान मिलती है, वो उनते लिए प्रेरणा का बड़ा स्रोत होता है।
