For generations, people living in this village have been serving the nation. Around 3,500 retired soldiers live here, while 1,500 soldiers from this village are currently serving in the Indian defense forces. At least 32 villages fall within the boundaries of the sanctuary and want to be excluded from it. They have warned of a massive protest from April 15. But, why do they want the denotification?
