हाइड्रोजेल की मदद से किसान कम पानी में भी फसलों से बढ़िया उत्पादन पा सकते हैं, लेकिन ज्यादातर हाइड्रोजेल ऐसे होते हैं जो जल्दी नष्ट नहीं होते और पर्यावरण के लिए नुकसानदायक होते हैं। ऐसे में त्रिपुरा विश्वविद्यालय के वैज्ञानिकों ने पौधों के सेल्यूलोज से हाइड्रोजेल विकसित किया है। जोकि पर्यावरण के लिए पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है।

सभी टीमें राज्यों में स्थिति का अकालन करके राज्य सरकार को सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य पर सुझाव देंगी और रिपोर्ट केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय को भी उपलब्ध कराएंगी।
