देश के कई राज्यों में रबी के सीजन में किसान DAP-NPK के लिए जूझते रहे। बुंदेलखंड में अक्टूबर की बारिश के बाद से ही बुवाई शुरु हो गई थी लेकिन खाद की किल्लत ने किसानों को काफी परेशान किया। किसानों के मुताबिक नवंबर महीने में fertilizers आसानी से उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।
