A community library in Bansa village has become a space for conversations, gathering information and reading for pleasure. The library has 1,700 registered members, both adults and children from the neighbouring villages in Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh.

All coal mines in Korba, one of the top coal producers in India, are expected to shut down by 2050. The industry in the district employs one in five workers, most of them falling in the informal sector. Poor socio-economic status and high dependence on the coal economy leave them highly vulnerable to the unplanned closure of mines. iFOREST researchers suggest ways to tackle upcoming challenges.

खाद्य एवम औषधि प्रशासन के अनुसार ऐसे खाद्य पदार्थ जिनमें विटामिन ए, सी और ई की तय मात्रा पायी जाती है उन्हें बेहतर सेहत के लिए बतौर एंटीओक्सीडेंट "उत्तम स्रोत या Good Source" कहा जा सकता है। बाजार में एंटिओक्सिडेंटयुक्त उत्पादों के लेबल से कई कंपनियों ने लूट मचा रखी है। इन उत्पादों का आकलन करने पर पाया गया कि इनमें कई विटामिन्स की उपस्थिती लगभग नगण्य जैसी थी।
