Miyawaki planting is unfit for non moist locations. What could be acceptable in moist temperate, sub tropical or island ecologies like Japan and similar latitudes would be most unwise in other latitudes, specially tropics, where water is climatically scarce or available unevenly over the year.

मियावाकी तकनीक ऐसी जगहों के लिए सही नहीं होती है, जहां पर नमी नहीं पाई जाती है। नम समशीतोष्ण, उपोष्णकटिबंधीय या द्वीप पारिस्थितिकी जैसे जापान और इसी तरह के इलाकों के लिए तो ठीक है, लेकिन दूसरे इलाके विशेष रूप से उष्णकटिबंधीय क्षेत्र में के लिए अनुपयुक्त होती है, जहां पानी जलवायु की दृष्टि से दुर्लभ है या साल भर में कम उपलब्ध होता है।
