राष्ट्रीय ग्राम स्वराज अभियान के तहत यूपी के 58189 नए प्रधानों को पहली बार एक साथ वर्चुअल ट्रेनिंग दी गई। इसमें उनके कार्य और दायित्वों की जानकारी के अलावा वित्त प्रबंधन, विभागीय महत्वपूर्ण योजनाओं के बारे में बारीकियां बताई गईं।

परंपरागत रूप से पश्चिम बंगाल के बांकुड़ा जिले के छोटे और सीमांत किसान सालों से धान की खेती करते आ रहे थे जिसमें उन्हें काफी कम रिटर्न मिलता है। लेकिन पिछले दो वर्षों में तरबूज की खेती की शुरुआत और किसान उत्पादक कंपनी की स्थापना ने उनकी किस्मत बदल दी।

According to data collected from a sample of 4,994 households from 284 villages in 53 Integrated Tribal Development Programme blocks, the Adivasi regions in Jharkhand and Odisha show much lower access to mobile networks than the national average. The tribal women in these regions are the most disadvantaged.
