महामारी के इस दौर में अन्य नुकसान के साथ-साथ बच्चों की सीखने की क्षमता पर भी गहरा असर पड़ा है। लेकिन यह असर सभी बच्चों पर समान रहा हो, ऐसा नही है। स्कूलों को धीरे-धीरे खोलते वक्त स्कूलों और प्रशासन को सरकारी और निजी स्कूलों के बीच के अंतर को समझना होगा और इसी दृष्टिकोण के साथ आगे बढ़ना होगा।

However, the situation of 69 rural schools in Belpahari circle is pitiable as many have neither piped drinking water nor functional toilets. To cook mid-day meals, water has to be fetched from far away, and teachers say that all complaints have fallen on deaf ears. A ground report.
