मशरुम के तरह के होते हैं। इऩ्हें उगाने के तरीके भी अलग-अलग होते हैं। इसके साथ ही इनसे कई तरह के उत्पाद भी बन सकते हैं। मशरुम को सुखा कर उसके पाउडर से मशरूम सूप, मशरूम आचार, श्रीखण्ड, योगर्ट, विभिन्न सब्जियां, पुलाव और मशरूम बर्गर भी बनाया जा सकता है।
