उत्तर प्रदेश के गाँवों में स्वतंत्र तालीम कौशल केंद्र युवाओं को नई राह दिखा रहा है; अब तक 8 हज़ार युवाओं को ट्रेनिंग दे चुके इस संस्थान को चलाने वाले चार्टर्ड अकाउंटेंट राहुल अग्रवाल और रिद्धि ने इस नेक काम की शुरुआत के लिए अपनी नौकरी तक छोड़ दी।

चेंजमेकर प्रोजेक्ट एक साथ दो उद्देश्य को लेकर चल रहा है, जिसमें एक तरफ वीडियो, ऑडियो और टेक्स्ट के माध्यम से चेंजमेकर्स की कहानियों की पहचान करना और उनको डॉक्यूमेंट करना शामिल है तो वहीं दूसरी ओर चेंजमेकर्स की अपनी तरह की एक अनूठी नेशनल रजिस्ट्री को तैयार करना भी है। इसमें उन लोगों की कहानियाँ होंगी जो या तो खुद चेंजमेकर्स होते हैं या फिर लोगों का ऐसा करने के लिए प्रेरित करते हैं।
