Rajasthan is the first state in the country to legislate the Right To Health that has provision for mandatory free-of-cost emergency treatment for every resident of the state. It has been welcomed by the public health organisations but private doctors have launched massive protests as they term it as ‘bureaucratic interference’.

राजस्थान के कृषि बजट में सरकार ने किसानों के लिए कई तरह की घोषणाएं की हैं। सिंचाई योजनाओं पर फोकस है। माइक्रो इरीगेशन पर और सब्सिडी दी जाएगी। बिजली कनेक्शन और दिन में बिजली का वादा है। लेकिन कर्ज़माफी की घोषणा का इंतजार कर रहे किसानों को मायूसी हाथ लगी है।

Special kites made of cloth that were called ‘Tukkal’ were made for the royals who used to fly them from the palace terrace. Kite-flying later became a community event on Sakrant.

राजस्थान ‘स्वास्थ्य का अधिकार’ का कानून बनाने वाला देश का पहला राज्य बन गया है, जिसमें राज्य के हर व्यक्ति को इमरजेंसी की हालत में फ्री इलाज का प्रावधान है। हालांकि सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य संगठनों ने इसका स्वागत किया है, लेकिन निजी डॉक्टर इसके पक्ष में नहीं हैं। उन्होंने बड़े पैमाने पर विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया है।
