65 वर्षीय निरंजन सिंह ने चिट्ठी में लिखा है, "हमारे 9वें गुरू श्री तेग बहादुर साहिब ने जुल्म के खिलाफ आवाज उठाई थी और बलिदान दिया था और इसलिए मैं अपने प्राणों का बलिदान दे रहा हूं ताकि गूंगी,बहरी, और अंधी सरकार के कानों तक आवाज पहुंच सके।"
