समग्र शिक्षा योजना के तहत सभी बालिका छात्रावासों में इन्सिनेरेटर और सैनिटरी पैड उपलब्ध कराने वाली वेंडिंग मशीनें लगायी जाएंगी, साथ ही इस योजना से से पूर्व -प्राथमिक से उच्चतर माध्यमिक तक के स्कूलों के बुनियादी ढांचे को मजबूत किया जाएगा, अब से पहले तक पूर्व-प्राथमिक को इससे बाहर रखा गया था।
