राजस्थान ‘स्वास्थ्य का अधिकार’ का कानून बनाने वाला देश का पहला राज्य बन गया है, जिसमें राज्य के हर व्यक्ति को इमरजेंसी की हालत में फ्री इलाज का प्रावधान है। हालांकि सार्वजनिक स्वास्थ्य संगठनों ने इसका स्वागत किया है, लेकिन निजी डॉक्टर इसके पक्ष में नहीं हैं। उन्होंने बड़े पैमाने पर विरोध प्रदर्शन शुरू कर दिया है।
