पन्ना के जंगलों में बेल के पेड़ों की भरमार है, जिसके फल गर्मी को मात देने के लिए एकदम सही हैं। बेल का शर्बत पोषण से भरपूर है, स्वादिष्ट रूप से ठंडा है और रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता को बढ़ाने में मदद करता है। यहां घर पर बेल शर्बत बनाने की एक झटपट विधि दी गई है।

Each of them gets just 15 litres of water a day to drink, cook and wash. Women suffer the most. A ground report as part of Gaon Connection's Paani Yatra.
