सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने केंद्र सरकार को आदेश किया वह प्रदूषण पर आपातकालीन मीटिंग बुलाए। साथ ही कहा है कि केंद्र और राज्य सरकारों को दिल्ली एनसीआर में वर्क फ्रॉम होम लागू करने पर विचार करना चाहिए।

पंजाब का संगरूर जिला पराली जलाने के सबसे हॉट स्पॉट में से एक है, जहां 11 नवंबर को 566 आग के मामले दर्ज किए गए थे। गांव कनेक्शन ने यह पता लगाने के लिए संगरूर का दौरा किया कि लाखों रुपए सब्सिडी के रूप में देने और फसल अवशेष प्रबंधन मशीनों की पेशकश के बावजूद किसान खेतों में आग क्यों लगा रहे हैं। किसानों ने कहा कि उन्हें फसल अवशेष जलाने के लिए मजबूर किया गया था। क्या इसका कोई स्थाई समाधान है?
