आवारा पशुओं और नीलगाय जैसे जंगली जानवरों की वजह से किसान खेती नहीं कर पाते हैं। फसलों को बचाने के लिए किसान तारबंदी करते हैं, लेकिन हर एक किसान के लिए तारबंदी करना मुश्किल होता है, क्योंकि इससे लागत बढ़ जाती है। लेकिन सरकार की इस योजना से हर कोई अपनी फसल बचा सकता है।
