खाने को स्वादिष्ट बनाने वाले मसालों में लहसुन प्रमुख है। लहसुन लगभग पूरे देश में खाया जाता है और कई राज्यों में इसकी बड़े पैमाने पर खेती होती है। एक सवाल के जवाब में केंद्र सरकार ने लोकसभा में लहसुन की खेती को लेकर आंकड़े दिए हैं। देखिए वो क्या कहते हैं।

मध्य प्रदेश की रतलाम मंडी में एक किसान का लहसुन 6.90 रुपए किलो बिका तो उसने प्रधानमंत्री के 2022 तक किसानों के आमदनी दोगुनी करने के वादे की याद दिलाई। मध्य प्रदेश में लहसुन 300 रुपए कुंटल तक बिका है, जबकि प्याज 50 से 51 पैसे किलो तक में बिकने की नौबत आई है।

बंपर उत्पादन के कारण लहसुन के दाम औंधे मुंह गिर गए हैं। एक किलो लहसुन तीन रुपए से लेकर 15 रुपए तक बिक रहा है। ऐसे में फसल की लागत नहीं निकलने के कारण लहसुन किसान परेशान हैं।
