नितिन सिंह ने 20 मधुमक्खी कॉलोनियों से शुरुआत की और आज उनकी कंपनी रॉयल हनी एंड बी फार्मिंग सोसाइटी द्वारा विकसित 1,200 कॉलोनियां हैं। शुद्ध जैविक शहद के अलावा, वह शहद एनर्जी ड्रिंक, लिप बाम, साबुन और मोमबत्तियों का भी व्यवसाय करते हैं और मधुमक्खियों को किसान का सबसे अच्छा दोस्त मानते हैं।
