गन्ना, धान और गेहूं जैसी फसलों की खेती करने वाले किसान अनिल कंबोज ने जब पहली बार ऑस्ट्रेलिया में पॉलीहाउस में खेती देखी तो उन्हें यकीन नहीं था कि इसमें भी खेती की जा सकती है। लेकिन आज वही अनिल शिमला मिर्च, खीरा और जरबेरा के फूलों की खेती से प्रति एकड़ पांच लाख तक की कमाई कर रहे हैं।
