मेहसाणा के लुनासन गाँव में एक किसान ने खेती को जंगल में बदल दिया और जंगल की तरह खेती को। अमोल खडसरे ने पर्माकल्चर मॉडल अपनाते हुए 1000 से अधिक पेड़-पौधों, औषधियों, सब्जियों और जंगली घासों को एक साथ उगाया, बिना केमिकल, बिना तनाव और बिना अत्यधिक पानी के। आज उनका खेत सिर्फ कृषि उत्पादन नहीं, बल्कि एक जीवित इकोसिस्टम है
