बुंदेलखंड की सूखी ज़मीन से उगी है एक ऐसी कहानी जिसने हजारों महिलाओं की ज़िंदगी बदल दी। 2019 में शुरू हुई बलिनी मिल्क प्रोड्यूसर कंपनी आज 63,000 से ज़्यादा महिलाओं को रोज़गार, आत्मनिर्भरता और सम्मान दे रही है और पूरे क्षेत्र की आर्थिक तस्वीर बदल रही है।

अगर पिछले पांच वर्ष की बात करें तो यूपी में दुग्ध उत्पादन में प्रदेश में 20 प्रतिशत की वृद्धि हुई है। उत्तर प्रदेश वर्तमान में 319 लाख मीट्रिक टन दूध का उत्पादन कर देश में पहले स्थान पर है, जबकि राजस्थान 256 लाख मीट्रिक टन दूध का उत्पादन कर दूसरे स्थान पर है।
